• Explain the standard Florida real estate contracts and the entire home purchase process, and we'll discuss the "As Is Right to Inspect" addendum to a purchase contract and the value of a home inspection.
  
• Prior to making an offer to purchase a specific home, I’ll conduct research and advise you on whether there are any pending issues that may impact future value.
  
• Help you review your condominium & homeowner’s association documents when applicable.
  
• Provide contact information of certified home inspectors, mortgage loan specialists, and insurance agents who have presented previous clients with excellent service.
  
• Schedule home inspections, bank appraisals, property surveys, and your pre-closing "walk through" of your new home. 
  
• Review your preliminary closing statement, which gives you detailed information on closing costs and identifies exactly what Buyer and Seller should pay for.
  
• Provide information and assistance in turning on your utilities.
  
• Advertise and find tenants for your property, if you plan on renting.
  
• Follow-up with reminders to file for you Florida Homestead Tax Exemption and other important maters.
